Welcome to ArtApp.ai ("we", "us", "our"), operated by GetFire Ltd. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.

1. What we do

ArtApp.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate artwork based on text descriptions you provide. You can purchase this artwork as physical prints (delivered to your address) or as digital downloads.

2. AI-generated artwork

All artwork is generated using artificial intelligence. Each piece is unique. We do not guarantee that the output will exactly match your expectations — AI interpretation varies. You may regenerate artwork as many times as needed before purchasing.

You are responsible for ensuring your text prompts do not request content that infringes third-party rights, is illegal, or violates our content policy. We reserve the right to refuse generation of inappropriate content.

3. Ownership and usage rights

Once you purchase artwork (print or digital), you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use that artwork for personal or commercial purposes. You may display, frame, or use the artwork in your home, business, or projects.

We do not claim exclusive ownership of AI-generated artwork. However, the same or similar artwork could theoretically be generated by another user using a similar prompt.

4. Orders and payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK delivery for physical prints. International delivery may be subject to additional charges.

Digital downloads are available immediately after payment. Physical prints are produced on demand and typically shipped within 5–7 working days.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Credits and digital downloads: By purchasing credits or a digital download, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day cancellation right once the credits are added to your account or the download is made available. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely but are non-refundable.

Physical prints: All prints are custom-made to your specifications from your chosen AI-generated artwork. As personalised goods, they are exempt from the 14-day distance selling cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a significant print quality issue, contact us within 14 days and we will offer a replacement or refund. We do not offer refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated imagery — please use the regenerate feature and review the preview carefully before purchasing.

6. Limitation of liability

ArtApp.ai is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
